PlutoPort is software for managing very small to medium sized businesses. It includes financials, task organizing, contact management, invoicing, and more. It is simple, easy to learn, and streamlined specifically for these users' needs. It is also very affordable compared to the solutions used by larger companies (for example, SAP or Oracle PeopleSoft). Using PlutoPort, as opposed to how most small businesses operate, can greatly improve a small business' efficiency and profitability.

PlutoPort is a software as a service (SaaS) product. It includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions, among others. However, these kinds of terms will not be a part of the marketing approach for the product.

ERP is a $45.5 billion market. The industry is typically divided into Tier 1, 2, and 3 businesses, down to those grossing $10 million. But companies grossing less than this are the majority of American businesses. We call these Tier 4 businesses and have designed PlutoPort especially for their needs. Our experience with these companies has shown us that this demographic is very underserved, creating a special opportunity and niche for PlutoPort.

Senior partners include Sam Urick (CEO), Denise Urick (CTO) and Daniel Strain (CPO). Sam and Denise have been married 30 years and have been working together leading technical teams for most of that time.

We have developed products to serve very large companies including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, County of San Diego and Farmers insurance to name a few. In addition we have built hundreds of products for countless small businesses. We thrive on applying the latest (relevant) software to new business solutions.
